- What is a credit?
- Credits are the one balance every plan uses for scraping and AI. A scraped page costs 2 credits, and AI extraction costs 20 to 40 credits per page (20 for typical pages). When saved selectors can extract every field without AI, extraction costs 10 credits instead.
- What is free on every plan?
- Workflow runs and AI workflow generation don't use credits. Generation is limited per hour by your plan, and runs follow your plan's concurrency and run time limits.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Your plan's credits are added each month and expire at the end of that month, on monthly and annual billing alike.
- What does the Free plan include?
- 500 credits every month plus 2,000 welcome credits once, which expire after 30 days. Credits are added after you verify your email.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get two months free. You're billed once a year, and your credits still arrive every month.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from the pricing page in your dashboard. An upgrade applies right away and you pay the prorated difference. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then.
- What happens when I reach my storage limit?
- Each plan caps dataset storage by both records and size, whichever comes first. At the limit, your oldest rows are removed to make room for new ones. Data older than your plan's retention period is removed too.
- Are proxies included in these plans?
- Scraping inside your workflows is covered by credits, with no separate proxy plan needed. Proxies you buy for your own use are priced separately on our proxies pricing page.
